RingCentral Office Training Resources

As part of your Professional Services engagement, you will receive Administrator and End User training sessions from RingCentral University via an online meeting. Your training sessions will be scheduled after the Planning & Design process.

You will be scheduled for one 2-hour session targeted towards administrators.

Pre-work

As your RingCentral phone system is being built out, you can access the Getting Started Tutorials on RingCentral University to review essential how-to information prior to attending your onboarding training sessions. Access these tutorials at https://knowledge.ringcentral.com.

Onboarding

The RingCentral Office: Admin Basics training session introduces the customer to the RingCentral solution to make them aware of what they have purchased, building out the foundation of their organization’s call flow, how to make regular updates within the Admin Portal, and how they can configure their company phone system in the cloud. The End User Training session is targeted towards the organization's employees who will be using RingCentral. During the session, a training specialist will demonstrate how to get started with the RingCentral system and applications.
